We have all heard over and over again how important sleep is to our health. We spend on average 1/3 of our lives sleeping so we should probably make sure that we’re doing right!
Many nights we do not get the sleep that our body needs. It’s so easy to get used to coffee, energy drinks, etc. that give us a false sense of rest that we will go days or weeks without getting proper rest.
